Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting in-home sales and taking measurements of existing equipment
• Properly sizing and designing new installations
• Collaborating with subtrades on site visits
• Developing key client relationships and negotiating deals
To be successful in this role, you will need to maintain a 25%-30% conversion goal, sell $1Mil in revenue in your first full year with the company, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also require mechanical aptitude, high organization skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, IT competence, and familiarity with local codes.
