Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Heating and Air Solutions Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service and provide top-notch solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• System Design and Installation: Design and install HVAC systems that meet client needs and expectations.
• System Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair services to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
• Customer Communication: Provide clear, concise explanations of repairs, maintenance, and installation procedures to customers.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and provide guidance to junior technicians.
• Quality Control: Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction, safety, and quality of work.
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide cost-effective solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• * Skill Set: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, valid HVAC certification and necessary licenses (EPA, NATE, etc.).
• Certification and Licenses: Valid HVAC certification and any necessary licenses (EPA, NATE, etc.).

• Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
