Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing the installation of HVAC equipment and sheetmetal fabrication. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC installation or sheetmetal fabrication, with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and submittals
• Identify and layout roof curbs for installation of AC equipment and RTUs
• Measure duct connections or mods in the field for fabrication
• Collaborate and coordinate with onsite general contractors
• Manage crew member time cards and track daily work logs
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC installation or sheetmetal fabrication
• Experience or desire to lead a crew of sheetmetal mechanics
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
• High school graduate or equivalent
• OSHA 10 required
• Valid driver's license in good standing required
