Job Overview
DJH MECHANICAL CORP is seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Maintenance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to client locations to inspect and repair HVAC systems, including ductless mini-split systems, PTAC units, and exhaust fans.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience working on HVAC systems, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will also need to be familiar with various HVAC systems, including refrigeration piping, coil maintenance, and motor control wiring.
A strong understanding of how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, and install new systems is essential for this role. Additionally, you should be able to provide clear job notes and photos, identify parts, and create material lists.
This is a full-time position that requires working in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. We offer competitive compensation based on experience, which ranges from $65,000 to over $85,000 per year.
