We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Heating and Cooling Expert to join our team at Yost & Campbell Heating Cooling and Gene. As a Diagnostic Repair Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers.
About the Job:
This is a full-time position that requires 2+ years of experience as a Diagnostic Repair Service Technician with Universal or EPA Type II Certification. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnostic troubleshooting and repair of residential HVAC systems, including Steam and Hot Water Boilers, Central Heating and A/C units, and ductless split systems. They will also be required to maintain equipment, document service actions, and update knowledge through individual training and professional publications.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnostics and repairs on all types of residential HVAC systems
• Maintaining rapport with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
• Documenting service actions and updating knowledge through individual training
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a Diagnostic Repair Service Technician
• Universal or EPA Type II Certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to meet Physical Demands and tolerate Work Environment
Estimated salary: $48,000 - $68,000 per year
