About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Team Lead to join our team at KCG Air Conditioning & Heating. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs, maintenance, and installations across our large and diversified commercial client base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the heating, air conditioning and refrigeration trade, with experience in managing teams, developing service schedules, and providing comprehensive estimates to clients. You will also be responsible for mentorship and training of technicians, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair regulations.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 - 135,000 per year depending on experience.
