Estimator and Service Coordinator Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Estimator and Service Coordinator to join our team at Icc Industrial Cooling Corp.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with expertise in estimating labor, materials, and subcontractors.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Estimate labor, materials, and subcontractors for service repair proposals
• Order parts generated by service calls
• Prepare estimates and generate proposals for approval
• Maintain communication with customers and vendors
• Follow up on change order requests and estimates
• Assist service technicians to locate parts for service calls as required
• Issue POs to subcontractors and vendors as required
• Enter POs and track delivery
• Assist Accounts Receivable with following up on invoices
