We are seeking an experienced HVAC Specialist to join our team at Blueprint Staffing. This is a Direct Hire Position with a salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing system performance, identifying potential problems, and communicating effectively with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
• 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician in the commercial or industrial HVAC industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to read wiring diagrams.
• A valid driver's license, current DMV printout, and a clean driving record.
