About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HVAC inside sales representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of HVAC products and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
i. Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing technical advice and product recommendations based on customer needs.
ii. Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify opportunities and close sales.
iii. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of HVAC products, pricing, and industry trends.
iv. Process orders, ensure timely delivery, and manage returns when necessary.
v. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and products or willingness to learn.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
