Insight Global is seeking an HVAC Specialist Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating, commissioning and checking systems are running properly. The role will involve working on 2-4 projects simultaneously, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills to apply to complex projects.
As a key member of our team, you can expect to:
• Coordinate with clients to understand their building automation and HVAC needs
• Commission and check systems to ensure they are running efficiently
• Develop and implement solutions to meet client expectations
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, controls, or building automation, with at least 2 years of experience. A high school diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working on commercial buildings (120 VAC and greater) and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
