Commercial HVAC Service Specialist Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Service Specialist to join our team at Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, Inc. in Knoxville, TN. As a Commercial HVAC Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our commercial clients, ensuring their HVAC systems are running efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will be required to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, and implement energy-saving solutions to reduce energy consumption and costs. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear explanations of your findings and recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication and customer service skills.
