Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Helper to join our team at One Source Heating and Cooling. As an essential member of our crew, you will assist experienced installers in equipment installation, carry tools and materials on job sites, and maintain a clean work environment.
About the Job
The successful candidate will have EPA certification (preferred but not required), a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. They must also be willing to undergo background checks and drug testing. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with forced hot air/hot water systems and plumbing skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
• Assist HVAC installers in equipment installation
• Carry and move tools and materials on job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Learn and follow safety procedures and guidelines
This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, as you will need to lift and carry 50-75lbs consistently.
