Heating and Cooling Specialist Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Systems Specialist to join our team at One Source Heating and Cooling. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating and cooling systems, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure our customers receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of heating and cooling systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs and replacements
Clean and replace filters, coils, and other system elements
Test system performance and provide recommendations to customers
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in HVAC service
EPA certification preferred but not required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willingness to submit to a background check and drug testing
Pursue ongoing education and training opportunities
