Quick Servant is a growing company that provides HVAC and cooking equipment services to residential and commercial customers. We are seeking an experienced Invoicing Associate to join our team in Richmond, Virginia Beach, or Delaware.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate invoices for new and existing customers.
• Verify customer information and update records as needed.
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in invoicing and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
