Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose problems within building systems, either resolving or escalating them as appropriate.
• Utilize HVAC diagnostic equipment to identify systems issues.
• Review blueprints and specifications to determine work details and establish safe means and methods to complete tasks.
• Leverage knowledge of building plans to inspect structures and locate key serviceable items.
You will maintain accurate records of assignments and produce detailed work reports to ensure all billing is accurate. A competitive salary, ranging from $27 to $41 per hour, is offered, based on your experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license, universal EPA certification, and basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft and Google products.
