The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced HVAC Controls Specialist with a strong background in building automation systems. We are seeking a highly skilled technician to join our team and provide top-notch service to our commercial clients.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in DDC systems, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing technical service agreement tasks and scheduled assignments to ensure that automation systems are properly maintained and operating correctly. This includes handling emergency service calls, responding to customer service calls, diagnosing trouble or defects, and repairing systems.
