As a Residential Sales and Development Lead, you will play a key role in driving growth and revenue for Watsco in Greensboro. You will oversee residential and contractor sales, analyze market trends, and develop strategic plans to grow existing customer business.
Candidates should have a strong background in sales and new market development, with a focus on residential and contractor sales. Experience in the HVAC industry is highly preferred. Proficiency in Excel and CRM-Salesforce is also beneficial. A Bachelor degree or higher is preferred, along with 3 years of technical experience in HVAC.
