About the Opportunity
Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Boiler Start-up Expert to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance, start-up, warranty, and repair services on light commercial and industrial hydronic equipment. Strong emphasis on customer service is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong customer relationships and confidence in HMS and our core products, while also building knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial Hydronic Plumbing equipment
• Ensure customer satisfaction and confidence by efficiently and effectively servicing products and equipment on assigned projects
Requirements:
• Education: Associate degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. Minimum of Two (2) years related experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Operational knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and short correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Compensation:
Estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
