Job Title: Commercial HVAC Project Manager
CIS Industries LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective management of the inside sales team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in estimating and project management within the construction industry, strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and manage the Inside Sales Team to achieve sales plans and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year based on experience.
