Total Comfort Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead our installation team in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial and Industrial HVAC systems, project management, and installation practices.

This role involves managing multiple small to multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Commercial and Industrial HVAC projects
- Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in project management preferred
- 6+ years of experience in Commercial and Industrial HVAC project management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heat pumps, cooling towers, chillers; air cooled and water cooled, understanding of hydronics, pump theory, reading blueprints and wiring schematics
- Excellent communication, leadership skills, and ability to work in a team environment
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
