We are currently hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician with a focus on HVAC systems at The Liberty Group #zrm. This role is ideal for individuals looking to re-enter the industry or those seeking a challenging opportunity in maintenance.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. Additionally, they will provide preventative maintenance and repair services for A/C and other mechanical systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Respond promptly to service requests from residents and manage records of activity in the maintenance log.
• Conduct turn-over repairs and improvements to prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of grounds, including common areas.
Requirements:
• A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC) is mandatory.
• At least 6 months of onsite experience is required.
• Possession of valid ID and reliable transportation is essential.
• Owner tools necessary for maintenance duties must be provided.
