A Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Representative at Wickstrom Plumbing Heating & Cooling, your day will be filled with scheduling service calls, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work closely with the dispatch team to ensure timely completion of service calls and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Responsibilities
• Respond to all messages left overnight.
• Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received using dispatch system.
• Contact customers with updates on job status from job start to finish.
• Maintain Service Agreements within the system.
• Maintain customer files and information flow between technicians and the office.
Requirements
