About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Wickstrom Plumbing Heating & Cooling, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the service and maintenance technician's daily schedules, book leads, and set service calls for all technicians.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received using dispatch system.
• Contact customers with updates on job status from job start to finish.
• Maintain Service Agreements within the system.
• Maintain customer files and information flow between technicians and the office.
• Follow up on completed jobs.
