Genesis10 is looking for a skilled HVAC Equipment Manager for a 12-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion. This role comes with a competitive salary of $35.00 per hour.
The primary responsibility of this role is to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment on all systems across multiple facilities. Ideal candidates will have technical expertise in one craft area and be multi-skilled in others.
Key responsibilities include:
• Performing maintenance, monitoring repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
• Traveling between facilities to ensure proper function.
• Maintaining responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control.
Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, 2-4 years of maintenance experience with strong HVAC skills, EPA 608 Universal Certification, and Type II Certification.
