Job Summary:
Bert Black Service Companies seeks a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our HVAC department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests on HVAC systems to identify issues and malfunctions.
• Analyze system performance and component functionality to pinpoint root causes of problems.
• Develop repair and maintenance plans to address identified HVAC issues.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments on HVAC components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• EPA Certification
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license
• Clear background check with no history of criminal offenses
• 3-5 years of HVAC service experience

Salary: $51,000 - $69,000 per year, plus up to $15,000 in bonus opportunities.
