Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Purchase Order Entry Clerk to join our team at National HVAC Service. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order processing and inventory control within a commercial construction or service environment.
About the Role:
• You will be working closely with our project managers, service managers, service coordinators, and the procurement team to ensure that HVAC materials are ordered and delivered as per the project requirements and timelines.
• You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in procurement, order entry, and administrative support.
• You will be responsible for generating regular reports on order status, delivery schedules, and inventory needs for management review.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, order entry, or administrative support, ideally in the HVAC or construction industry.
• Team player mentality and work ethic
• Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems and components is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP or purchase order management software.
• Minimum 50 words per minute typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Working Conditions:
• This is a full-time position, working in an office setting.
Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per annum depending on experience
