We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Anchorage and contribute to our company's success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and plumbing consulting engineering, excellent time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities include designing construction documents, providing construction support, and participating in new project scoping and proposal writing. You will also collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality results and ensure a healthy work-life balance for our employees.
Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering, registration as an Alaska P.E., and at least 10 years of experience in consulting engineering. A minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing engineering is required, with 3 years of non-engineering related HVAC and plumbing work acceptable.
A competitive salary range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive benefits, a flexible PTO program, and family-friendly policies.
