About the Role
P1 Service, LLC is a leading provider of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services. We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Wichita, KS.
The successful candidate will have a Mechanical Journeyman License and at least 5 years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration troubleshooting. They will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, working independently or as part of a small team, and promoting a culture of safety.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as company-provided trucks, cell phones, laptops, uniforms, and tools. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a drug screen and motor vehicle record check.
