Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee our HVAC operations, managing a team of service technicians and conducting daily check-ins. They will also troubleshoot and service residential and light commercial systems, maintaining excellent communication with customers, workers, and owners.
Requirements:
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification and at least 5-7 years of HVAC experience.
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, and/or installing various HVAC systems.
• Ability to manage technicians or employees to work efficiently.
• Pride in quality workmanship and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Trustworthiness and reliability in working with customers in their homes.
