HVAC Maintenance Technician Job Opportunity

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties to ensure the efficient operation of our properties' heating and cooling systems. About the Job:
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining our properties' HVAC systems, identifying issues and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records of service requests and collaborate with our Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to develop and implement an effective preventative maintenance program.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, including cleaning filters, replacing belts, and lubricating moving parts
- Identify and diagnose problems with HVAC systems, finding effective solutions to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, including time spent on assignments and solution implemented
- Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to develop and implement a preventative maintenance program
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
Requirements:
- A/C certification with at least two years of experience
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, pull or push 50+ pounds
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Salary Range:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
