Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at Foulks Southern Air - Hammond. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls from customers
• Schedule and manage customer estimates
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided
• Manage customer and technician schedules
• Renew and manage maintenance agreements
• Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed
• Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns
Requirements:
• Call Center or Customer Support (1+ year required)
• Valid drivers license with clean motor vehicle record
• Experience with MS Office products preferred
• Experience with Service Titan preferred
