We are looking for a Commercial HVAC and Controls Technician to provide top-notch service and customer support in the Virginia Beach area.
This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing building automation, HVAC, and control systems in commercial and industrial settings. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems, ensuring optimal system performance.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Building Automation Service Technician or in a similar role is required. Extensive knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), building management systems (BMS), HVAC systems, and controls is necessary.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
