HVAC and Mechanical Systems Maintenance Position
We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC and Mechanical Systems Maintenance Technician to work on a per diem basis at the Irondequoit Campus of St. Ann's Community in Rochester, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various HVAC and mechanical systems, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
Your duties will include monitoring and recording temperature and pressure levels, performing routine maintenance tasks, inspecting equipment for signs of wear or damage, and addressing any issues promptly. You must have a valid CLASS 3 Stationary Engineers License and relevant experience in the field. We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $25.25 to $32.15, along with benefits like a 403(b) retirement plan, paid sick leave, and short-term disability coverage.
