About TAG Refrigeration At TAG Refrigeration, we are seeking a skilled Journey Level Refrigeration Technician to join our team in El Paso, TX. This full-time position involves year-round commercial service work, providing opportunities for career growth and a great work-life balance.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, paid holiday/sick/vacation time, and room for advancement. Job Responsibilities: • Maintain, diagnose, and repair various refrigeration systems and their mechanical and electrical components. • Perform minor plumbing repairs on refrigeration equipment, including walk-in drain lines, case drain lines, cooling towers, and water-cooled condensers. • Inspect and identify specifications for plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems. • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs for HVAC and Refrigeration. • Collaborate directly with grocery store managers and directors. • Quote equipment repairs and recommend replacement when necessary.
