About this Opportunity

We are looking for a highly driven and ambitious individual to join our HVAC Sales team as a Sales Representative. As a key player, you will be responsible for increasing sales revenue by developing strong relationships with HVAC contractors and promoting our Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.

You will be representing Johnson Controls, a leading brand in the HVAC distribution channel, and will promote the JCI portfolio in the assigned market. This role offers a unique opportunity to become part of a dynamic and successful team that fosters a positive and inclusive culture. Main Responsibilities • Selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to HVAC contractors. • Building long-term relationships with existing customers to increase share of wallet and recruit new customers into the Johnson Controls family. • Representing a company committed to designing, assembling, and manufacturing HVAC products in the USA. • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive growth year-over-year. • Exploring all the products and programs offered by Johnson Controls to expand market share. • Providing coaching and guidance to customers to help them utilize program features and grow their business. Essential Skills and Experience • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • At least 3+ years of direct outside sales experience. • Ability to use Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel to meet customers within the assigned market. • Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual.
