About the Role
The Residential HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our residential HVAC service department. This involves leading a team of technicians, providing technical support, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The manager will also schedule work efficiently, develop and implement standard operating procedures, and conduct financial reviews to improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC service, including installation, maintenance, and repair. Leadership experience in the residential HVAC service industry is preferred, along with excellent customer service and communication abilities. Additionally, proficiency with HVAC service software, scheduling systems, and reporting tools is required.
