Crothall Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare support services, and we are currently seeking an experienced HVAC-R Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in an institutional setting, with a strong background in electro-mechanical equipment and refrigeration systems.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $34.50 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
As an HVAC-R Maintenance Specialist at Crothall Healthcare, you will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled maintenance duties related to the facilities engineering and maintenance departments.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and servicing HVAC and electrical systems
• Detecting and diagnosing problems with mechanical and electrical systems, and making necessary repairs
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
