We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Director to join our team at ColonialWebb in Glen Burnie. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing day-to-day field service operations, developing and implementing processes to improve service delivery, and providing leadership and guidance to the team.
You will work closely with our technicians to ensure exceptional customer service, cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with current customers, and work with both current and potential customers to qualify service needs and develop estimates that grow our business in the region. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience.
