At Arronco Comfort Air, we are seeking a skilled HVAC Specialist to join our team in Burlington, KY. As a Journeyman HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems, including ductwork and sheet metal work.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $18-$28 per hour, depending on experience, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes health, dental, holidays, vacation, 401(k) with company match, life insurance valued at $30,000, and company-provided training. Additionally, you will receive the use of a company vehicle and smartphone.
About the Position
This is a full-time opportunity that requires working hours from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturday or overtime work. If you have strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for HVAC installation, we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Journeyman license or hours necessary to obtain a license
• Strong familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with various equipment and knowledge to install them
• Ability to perform physical functions, including lifting over 75 pounds
• Basic computer skills
