Aire Serv Heating and Air is seeking a skilled HVAC Operations Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional services to our clients.
Job Summary:
The HVAC Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient delivery of HVAC services. This role involves leading the operations team, developing operational plans, managing projects, and implementing quality control processes.
Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to the operations team, set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback to employees.
• Operational Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement operational plans, optimize resource allocation, analyze market trends, and propose strategies to enhance business growth and competitiveness.
• Project Management: Manage and coordinate multiple HVAC projects simultaneously, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes and standards for HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Vendor and Supplier Management: Evaluate and select reliable vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
• Customer Relationship Management: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, ensure timely and effective communication, and address customer complaints or concerns.
• Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, develop and enforce safety policies, and conduct regular safety training sessions.
• Financial Management: Prepare and manage the operations budget, track expenses and revenue, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
• HVAC Industry Experience: A solid background and knowledge of the HVAC industry are essential. Candidates should have previous experience working in HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance roles.
• Operations Management Experience: Prior experience in operations management or a similar leadership role is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of successfully managing teams, projects, and operations in the HVAC or related field.
• Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills are necessary for this role. Experience in leading and managing teams, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work culture, is important.
• Project Management: Experience in managing HVAC projects, including planning, coordination, and execution, is highly desirable.
• Customer Service and Relationship Management: Experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction is valuable.
• Health, Safety, and Compliance: Experience in implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations in the HVAC industry is important.
• Financial Management: Experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis, is valuable.
• Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary for identifying operational challenges, developing solutions, and making data-driven decisions.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
