About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
Job Responsibilities:
The HVAC Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Coordinating and managing commercial construction projects from sale to completion
• Planning, scheduling, and executing the installation of HVAC projects with field install teams
• Collaborating with the Foreman to ensure timely project completion
• Tracking project progress and making adjustments to meet goals
• Working with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC construction project management
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office, Acrobat, and similar programs
