• *Job Summary**
As a Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter at Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning, you'll work closely with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, discussing their heating and cooling needs, air quality improvements, energy savings, and how our services can benefit them.
You'll generate leads for free in-home consultations or sell home performance tune-ups, with one of our industry experts taking over from there.
In return, you can earn an estimated $17-$20 per hour, plus commission pay, averaging $100 per lead. Weekly pay is via direct deposit, providing financial stability and peace of mind.
