We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC installer to join our team at A&R Comfort Control LLC. As a duct installer and helper, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems in commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous experience in HVAC installation, service, or repair, with a proven track record of success.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and industry standards.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with excellent communication abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
