Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate the activities of the HVAC service team, including assigning tasks, scheduling work, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Monitor and inspect HVAC installations and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC problems and provide guidance and support to technicians in diagnosing and resolving issues.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation and management are preferred. The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
