About the Role
Houk Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled Heating and Air Conditioning Technician Lead to join our team. As a Technician Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of new heating and air conditioning systems.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HVAC installation and maintenance, as well as strong leadership skills and ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate HVAC installations
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in HVAC or related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Leadership and training skills
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
