Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in a commercial setting.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, with proven experience working with boilers, chillers, and commercial/industrial HVAC systems. A strong understanding of HVAC principles, practices, and methods is essential, along with good communication and customer service skills.
In this role, you will be working on a variety of equipment including boilers, chillers, and commercial/industrial HVAC systems. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and components (commercial/industrial)
• Performing routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly
• Inspecting HVAC systems and their components (e.g. air handlers, chillers, boilers, etc.) to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in various types of heating and air conditioning systems
• Providing technical support and guidance to team members
• Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field and sharing knowledge with team members
• Preparing and submitting service reports and other documentation as required
