About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician Lead to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC systems, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, and collaborating with other teams to maintain a high level of efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Sustain and improve the preventative maintenance program for all HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical HVAC systems
• Install, restore, and upgrade HVAC systems and components
• Collaborate with other teams to maintain a cohesive and efficient work environment
Salary Range: $65,000-$91,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
