Key Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED; completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
• Valid driver's license
• Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
