Job Summary
We are seeking a Building Climate Control Expert to join our maintenance team in Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, installing and maintaining heating, cooling and ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Designing and implementing HVAC systems to meet specific building requirements.
• Installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment, including evaporative coolers.
• Conducting regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A minimum of five years' experience in HVAC design and installation, with knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to design and implement complex HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license and registered automobile.
• HVAC certification and high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
