We are seeking a skilled HVAC Comfort Specialist to join our team at Len the Plumber Heating and Air. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing customer rapport, developing key client relationships, and creating sales proposals that meet our customers' needs.
Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience, with opportunities for commission and bonuses.
In this role, you will work closely with our installation teams to ensure accurate and professional installations, while maintaining great communication with our parts team, installation coordinators, and installation crews. If you have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, and are goal-oriented with a clean driving history and valid Driver's License, we encourage you to apply.
